At The NAMM Show 2012, iZotope has presented Mastering Essentials, a new mastering suite designed specifically for Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 (to be released in the spring of 2012).
By including elements from Ozone, iZotope’s flagship mastering suite, Acoustica is offering a mastering solution for musicians of any level of mastering experience.
With Mastering Essentials, you can experiment and customize your sound with simple controls, or use any of the 80+ presets (including presets for general use, special FX, audio enhancement, restoration, and over 40 different genre presets). The 3 modules: EQ, Reverb, and Tube Amplifier, allow Mixcraft users to “grow and expand” their capabilities as they become more experienced with mastering their own music.
Valve EQ Module
High-quality 4-band Equalizer.
Room Simulation (Reverb) Module
Controls for reverb and stereo widening, including a vectorscope for visualizing the stereo spread of the audio.
Tube Amplifier Module
Bass Compression, a Tube Limiter, and Tube Saturation components.
